This February, Medway senior residents are moving to the music with a Bollywood fitness course!
Guided by instructor Lena, everyone will be getting their move on with pilates-style chair-based exercises to the tune of Bollywood music.
The course gives attendees a fun way to work on their fitness, balance and posture all while keeping social and active.
