For a low-impact but full-body workout take a dip in the pool at your local leisure centre!

Cycling

Now we’re wheely moving! From calm countryside rides to competitive road racing, cycling is a great way to exercise outdoors.

Running

Get down to a local parkrun every Saturday at 9am. You can run, jog or walk at your own leisure at these free, weekly, community events in Medway.

Trampoline

Boing, boing! The trampoline is the perfect way to improve blood circulation, core strength, and of course, belly laughs!

It’s all in the hips! Get shaking your tail with 20 minutes of hula hooping and you will have hooped your way to a mile!
