Yoga is an ancient exercise with modern appeal. It consists of carrying out a series of set movements and focussing on your breathing. Around 30 mins of yoga will burn enough calories to count as one mile.

Activities such as yoga and tai chi are also recommended for older adults at risk of falls, to help improve balance and coordination. So check out some classes in your area.
