Get to Gillingham Park this Summer for some fun and free Tai Chi.
Join other Medway residents being active in our beautiful park with Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW).
The session is a specially-developed sequence of movements which promotes physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. With origins in both Tai Chi and Chi Kung, the TMW sequence distils elements of these arts into a simplified form.
Completing the TMW series of moves and gestures in these sessions will take just 45 minutes.
