Get Out and About with the Medway Can Elf Walk

Let’s get out and about this December with the Medway Public Elf Walk!

Join Medway’s Public Elf walk at 12pm on Thursday 15 December for a Christmas stroll around Riverside Country Park.  The event is perfect for those looking to keep healthy and active while still being social, even as things are getting chiller. Anyone is welcome to come along (especially if you want a free santa hat!) so don’t be afraid to show up and join in.

Its free to attend, there’s parking and toilets and you even will get a Santa hat to wear while you walk! The walk is only 45 minutes and will be kept at a moderate pace, so no need to worry about being left behind. The event is designed to simply be a way to get in some exercise while supporting Medway Can

The event will be taking place on Thursday, 15th of December in Riverside Country Park, Lower Rainham Road ME7 2XH. The event begins at 12 PM and free parking and toilet facilities are available.

Get involved with the fun – for more info email healthyweightnetwork@medway.gov.uk or just turn up on the day.
